1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyBudget Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyBudget Tracker is a personal finance management application that allows users to:

• Track income, expenses, and transfers
• Manage multiple financial accounts
• Organize transactions by categories
• Set and monitor monthly budgets
• View financial analytics and charts
• Create backups and export data

The App operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Data Entry

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into the App. We do not verify or validate your financial information.

3.2 Data Backup

You are responsible for creating regular backups of your data. We strongly recommend:

• Creating backups before updating the App
• Storing backup files in a secure location (cloud storage, external drive)
• Testing restore functionality periodically

3.3 Device Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device through:

• Using device lock (PIN, password, biometrics)
• Keeping your device software updated
• Not sharing your device with untrusted individuals

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Samroid Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

5.2 No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: MyBudget Tracker is a tracking and organizational tool only. We do not provide:

• Financial advice or recommendations
• Investment guidance
• Tax advice
• Accounting services

For financial decisions, please consult with qualified financial professionals.

5.3 Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, reports, or charts generated by the App. You should verify important financial decisions independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samroid Apps and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App (which is zero for the free version).

7. Data Loss

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from:

• Device failure, theft, or loss
• Uninstalling the App without creating a backup
• Corrupted backup files
• User error in data management
• Device software updates or factory resets

8. Updates and Changes

8.1 App Updates

We may release updates to improve the App's functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version.

8.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation:

• All locally stored data will be permanently deleted
• Any backup files you created will remain on your device/storage
• We have no ability to recover deleted data

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as the Google Play Store). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

11. Geographic Restrictions

The App is available for download globally. However, we make no representations that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Samroid Apps regarding the use of the App.
